During public holidays, high-demand campaign periods, or stock updates, processing times may be extended by an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed during the order process.
International Shipping (if applicable):
Shipping fees may vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout.
From time to time, free shipping campaigns may be offered. Conditions will be clearly stated.
3. Delivery Information
Orders are shipped via our contracted courier partners.
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. Cool Petz is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Reshipping fees may apply.
The courier company may contact you via SMS or phone prior to delivery.

If you notice any external damage upon delivery, we recommend creating a damage report with the courier and not accepting the package.
